User: Any natural or legal person visiting the Website

Client: A User who books or purchases workshop services

Service Provider: SMOTORS Polska Sp. z o.o., Dobrego Pasterza 191, 31-416 Krakow, Poland

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and accept both documents. If you do not agree, please do not use the service

The Website allows Clients to:

1. browse information about mechanical, diagnostic, and tire services;
2. submit quote requests;
3. book service appointments

Using the Website requires internet access, a current browser, and JavaScript. Cookies may be needed for security, forms, analytics, and consent management under the Privacy Policy. Public pages require no account

The service contract starts when the Service Provider confirms your appointment by email, SMS, phone, or another durable message. Online prices are indicative; final scope and price are agreed after vehicle inspection. Additional work or cost increases require Client approval first

Payment is due after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, or card (if a terminal is available). Prepayments (if any) are treated as advances and deducted from the final invoice

If you are a consumer and conclude a distance contract through the Website, you generally have 14 days to withdraw unless a statutory exception applies. You may also cancel an appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time

If you request that a paid service start before the withdrawal period ends, you may pay for work performed until withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost only after full performance with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, or in other mandatory-law cases, including urgent repairs or maintenance you requested

You undertake to:

• provide accurate contact and vehicle details;
• arrive on time or notify the workshop in advance if you will be late;
• not submit unlawful content or use the Website in any way that could disrupt its operation (Art. 8(3)(2)(b) of the Polish Act on Provision of Electronic Services)

All texts, logos, and images on the Website are the property of SMotors or licensors. They may not be reproduced without written consent

These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law, including personal injury, intentional misconduct, and gross negligence. For non-consumer Clients, the Service Provider is liable only for direct damages up to the amount paid for the specific service, unless mandatory law says otherwise. The Website is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons

Complaints about our services or the Website should be sent to contact@smotors.pl with the subject line "Complaint". We will respond within 14 calendar days

Polish law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the competent court, subject to any mandatory consumer venue or jurisdiction rules

We may update the Terms for future Website use and bookings. The new version is available on the https://smotors-ml6uynn7w-banbos-projects-751c4c67.vercel.app/en/terms-of-service . Confirmed bookings remain governed by the version accepted when booking, unless mandatory law applies or you agree otherwise
